Antolin Grupo

Implementation of a comprehensive lighting system for the production lines of Grupo Antolin, a global supplier of automotive interior components. The project focused on lighting specialized assembly lines dedicated to the production of automotive ceiling panels.
The main objective of the project was to design and implement a lighting system that would meet the strict technical criteria necessary for precise manufacturing processes. Specifically, it was required to achieve the desired lighting level of 1500 lx on the working surface while maintaining high lighting uniformity to ensure consistent working conditions. A key challenge was the elimination of shadows caused by ceiling components and manufacturing equipment to create optimal lighting conditions for quality control and precise assembly operations.
The designed lighting system utilizes advanced LED technologies with precisely calculated positioning of light sources. Special emphasis was placed on shadow elimination and achieving uniform light distribution throughout the entire working space of the production line. The successfully implemented system ensures optimal lighting conditions for the production of automotive ceiling panels, thereby contributing to increased production quality and improved working conditions for operators.
